Losing weight on hips and thighs — then the tone at once?

Hi, I'm a person, literally, of 2 halves. My top is small, with a flat stomach, defined waist – 8 Mi lowest average size – the hips and thighs are much larger – the larger size of 12 / 14 —- I would like to download weigh less than my party my superior. What exercises should I do? – I was thinking maybe cycling and rowing for the hips and thighs? I also have thin arms, but I want to look toned and defined – How can I do this? – Bicep Curl? – So you can wear sleeveless shirts and look nice. strange shape of my body affects the way I dress be covered and the ball of my top half to match the bottom and really depressed. Part of it is genetics so it can not be much you can do about it. Lots of walking and running will help. Start a routine of strength training with emphasis on upper body exercises. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Lifting weights to increase your metabolism and improve posture and overall appearance. Even if you can not go to the gym can work out at home with things from the house. Invest in a good book on weight training. The series of dummies actually has a good idea.

I recently bought TVS Star city and I am new to cycling. I feel comfortable riding in second gear (I Ride the bike in Bangalore) as the bike is not shake while turning a cross, and while crossing a speed bump slowing vehicle down.
