How to remove a window decal drying?

I have a sticker on the back window of my car I'm trying to remove. However, has been cured of time and has become a pain to remove. I know there are many different techniques for removing the window decals, but I also read that most of these techniques do not work. Is there a safe way to remove a sticker from drying my car window? Thank you.
